Here are the products I’ve worked on, teams I’ve led, and businesses I’ve started.

-
WellTheory - Co-Founder, Head of Product (Present)
WellTheory is a health tech startup that combines food as medicine, community care, and personalized insights from health data to support women with autoimmune conditions no matter where they are in their journey.
I am responsible for building our product, managing content creation for our blog with evidence-based content on holistic health, and helping to create our company processes and culture.
-
Claire Rudolph Coaching - Founder (Present)
I work with three types of people in my coaching: startup co-founders, empathic leaders and managers, and individuals feeling burnt out.
I have a deep, genuine desire to know people and help them know themselves. I combine my Co-Active coaching training with on-the-ground work experience and many years of reading and researching leadership, teamwork, and communication best practices.
-
Navigator + Playspace (acquired by Google) - Product (2019 - 2021)
I worked on Navigator, which provides everything you need for your remote meetings: agendas, notes, action items, and video conferencing links. I was responsible for customer development, translating meeting and management best practices into product features, and writing content, including the North Star weekly newsletter about leadership, teams, and creativity.
As part of the same team, I also worked on Playspace, a teamwork platform that brings together live video with creative tools like whiteboards, notepads, and music. I helped design and develop the whiteboard, created templates for each collaborative tool, and curated our branded playlists to set the right tone in our meeting rooms.
-
PeopleGrove - Head of Product (2017 - 2019)
I was the first Product hire and developed the product strategy, roadmap, and metrics from the ground up. I was responsible for execution across product, design, engineering, and product marketing, and hired and managed a team of 5.
As an executive team member, I led company-wide initiatives around culture and communication including revamping our all hands meeting, instituting a formal review process, and codifying our company values.
-
Bill.com - Product Manager, Growth (2016 - 2017)
As a Growth Product Manager at Bill.com, I managed a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and QA testers. Our goal was to acquire and onboard new customers, and our work increased Bill.com’s network growth by 82% during 2017.
Our team also launched in-product A/B tests to drive monetization of Bill.com's free user base, resulting in a 76% increase in trials started and 37% increase in paid subscriptions over a 3-month period.
I invested a lot of time and care in building a strong team culture with the engineers and designers I worked with, most notably resulting in receiving an honorable mention in the company-wide pumpkin carving contest in 2017 and having the highest participation level for any cross-functional team in the annual company 5k race.
-
Claire Rudolph Consulting - Founder (2015 - 2016)
I built a consulting firm offering product management, new manager coaching, and account management services.
Product Management: I interviewed 30+ prospective customers for Bill.com, a leading digital business payments platform, and identified target market segments to inform future product development. I was ultimately hired full-time as a Growth Product Manager.
New Manager Coaching: I designed and delivered a custom coaching program for managers at Instacart, a high-growth food tech startup. I was invited back several times to coach additional managers.
Account Management: As an early team member, I launched 15 universities on Handshake, a university recruiting software platform. For each university, I coordinated data migration, led product training, gathered and prioritized product feedback, and managed the relationship.
-
Dropbox - Chief of Staff, People Ops (2014 - 2015)
I joined the People Operations team at Dropbox to learn about the systems, processes, and strategies required to power hypergrowth in a scaling startup.
During my time at Dropbox, I worked on a company-wide goal to improve employee satisfaction with people managers and identified and interviewed 12 top managers from teams across the company to learn and codify their best practices. I shared synthesized findings with the executive team.
I was also selected from over 80 applicants to attend an executive-level strategic off-site meeting, facilitate a 3-hour session on our company mission, and share key takeaways in company-wide communications.
-
Backyard Fun Camp - Founder and Chief Face Painting Officer (2005 - 2013)
I founded a summer camp in my backyard targeting children ages 3-8. I recruited campers, hired counselors, developed advertising, and managed the camp’s finances. I expanded the camp concept and market share with employees working in multiple backyards throughout the Bay Area.
I relished my first experience building something from scratch, and I am proud of how many repeat campers we had each summer, including some campers who became junior counselors. Most importantly, I vastly improved my face-painting skills.
